The 825-seat school in the new residential district of Zarechye, Odintsovo district, Moscow region, is designed as the social core of this residential quarter, surrounded by a perimeter development of modern medium-rise residential buildings with a variety of facades.

The following urban planning tasks were solved:
- organization of perimeter development along the south-western border of the quarter;
- creation of a community center of a residential quarter with educational and leisure functions for residents; - creating a coloristic accent of the quarter, perceived in statics and dynamics from the side of inter- and intra-block driveways.

The social core of the quarter was developed as a comfortable and public space for students and residents.

The school is an educational and leisure center for residents with open spaces where they not only study, but also relax, communicate, and have fun. The school combines many functions: educational; leisure - you can drink coffee in the buffet and dining room, see the exhibition arranged in the recreation areas and the lobby on all 4 floors of the building, listen to a concert in the auditorium for 495 seats or a lecture in the media library; learn to dance in the hall for choreography, do gymnastics in the gym; take part in team competitions in a large sports hall.

The school is functionally divided into two blocks - educational and public, which remain open for everyone.

The space-planning solutions of the building and its facades are dedicated to historical cities, their various buildings, and their streets, made of fiber cement slabs for cutting on a steel frame, from volumetric ceramic panels and clinker bricks, as a result, a mosaic effect is created, the image is not "painted" on the facade — it is its structural part.
