The layout was made for the project of a school for 350 children in the Konkovo district.

The site restrictions were a driving force behind the search for the optimal form for the new school building. The trapezoidal plan was chosen to fit all required functions within a small area. To protect the main entrance and square from rain and wind, a 10-meter cantilever formed by the cubic volume of the sports hall. Under the other cantilever houses the terrace of the dining hall and a relaxation area, providing a comfortable environment for students. Natural light floods the interior space from skylights located in two directions, and the ridges of the skylights add dynamism to the school building's volume. The functional and aesthetic school building that optimizes the use of space and light provides students with an inspiring environment for learning.
