The school is located in the historical center of Moscow, on Karetny Ryad street, next to the garden of the Hermitage and New Opera Theater. The project solves a lot of tasks.
A New social and cultural center is created for students and residents. It accommodates a recreational function, high technologies, transformable spaces, and historical art objects - old circus posters. The circus school does not conflict with the surrounding historical buildings. The quarter is divided into private and public areas, there is also an organized green yard.

The project is based on sustainable design and the whole building is accessible to disabled people. The inner space is suitable for theater and circus shows, biennale with light effects, music, and costumes. This school is also a training center for young artists of the world-famous Russian circus. There are three halls: the small one - the Arena, the Grand hall and the Concert hall for 2000 seats. Functionally, the school is divided into three blocks horizontally. Public unit is situated on the ground floor. There are reception, lobby, lounge, information center, and administrative area. In social and utility areas are cafes, restaurants, exhibition spaces, a library, a video and media library, food stores, and shops. The service zone is near the parking and garden. The academic block is situated in the middle of the building on the 1st and 2nd floors. It includes classrooms, workshops, a dance studio, meeting rooms, lecture halls, computer center. The block for art and shows is on the 3rd floor. It contains transforming spaces, meeting rooms, and halls.

The facades of the building are made of ceramic white textured panels, fixed on steel frames, and part of the facade is made of stained glass. The central part is decorated with scarlet majolica, which looks like a red ribbon. The building is topped by three golden glass domes, through them the ramp and the circus artists can be visible to people outside.

The appearance of an architectural building is reflected in the interiors, color palette, furniture, and equipment. The basic idea for the interior space refers to the image of white-gold-domed Moscow. As the result, there is a special type of public space, that unites students and residents, can be transformed and changed for specific needs, and looks harmoniously with the environment.
